I am going to be running both therapy groups and some lectures.
Among these are:
- a series of one-off yet linked life skills lectures covering a range of psychological health topics. We will be looking to improve psychological health directly through better coping strategies and an armory of CBT skills, but also viewing it as an integral part of a more holistic health construct including other areas of health such as relationships, interests, vocation, exercise, and diet & supplementation.
- an open group for people struggling with underlying self-esteem, self-identity and personality issues
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has placed a small brake on my plans, so watch this space!
