Directions from
Cape Town via the M3

Directions to 31 Tokai Road from Cape Town, Observatory, Mowbray, Rosebank, Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont, Kenilworth, Wynberg, Plumstead, Constantia, Meadowridge & Bergvliet via M3:

1. Depending on where you are coming from get on to the M3 either directly or indirectly via the N2, and head in a Muizenberg direction. If you are coming from Cape Town, Observatory, Mowbray or Rosebank you will initially be on the N2, whereas from Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont, Kenilworth & Wynberg you will get directly onto the M3.
2. Follow the M3 through Plumstead, Constantia, Meadowridge & Bergvliet (depending on where you get on to it) until you get to the Tokai Road offramp for Tokai / Kirstenhof.
3. Turn left into Tokai Road.
4. Drive down Tokai Road and EITHER turn left into the parking lot for Blue Route Mall. Park the car, and then walk across Tokai Road to Blue Route Medical Suites at 31 Tokai Road (not more than 100m above Lente Street).
5. OR drive down Tokai Road and make a U-Turn at Lente street, heading back up Tokai Road. Blue Route Medical Suite will be on your left almost immediately, and you can park in the parking bays on the side of Tokai Road or in the parking bays at 31 Tokai Road itself.
