I am going to be running both therapy groups and some lectures.

Among these are:

  1. a series of one-off yet linked life skills lectures covering a range of psychological health topics. We will be looking to improve psychological health directly through better coping strategies and an armory of CBT skills, but also viewing it as an integral part of a more holistic health construct including other areas of health such as relationships, interests, vocation, exercise, and diet & supplementation.
  2. an open group for people struggling with underlying self-esteem, self-identity and personality issues

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has placed a small brake on my plans, so watch this space!

I would also be grateful if people would email me here with any particular topics that they would like to upskill in.

How do I get help for myself or my loved one?

The first step in getting help is finding out whether you have a problem. A psychologist with specific training in the treatment of anxiety disorders can effectively perform a professional assessment, which will identify whether you have an addiction problem, and will recommend the treatment most appropriate for you.
